Terms of Service — Amanda Boutiques
Welcome to Amanda Boutiques. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of amandaboutiques.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Consumer: a natural person purchasing products for personal, non-commercial use.
Company: Amanda Boutiques, operated by SB-Collective LLC.
Day: calendar day, unless "business day" is specified.

Article 3 — Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers and contracts between Amanda Boutiques and the consumer. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
Article 4 — The Offer
Each product listing includes a clear description. Images represent products as accurately as possible, though slight variations in color or size may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing batches. Offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time before purchase.
Article 5 — The Contract
The contract is formed once your payment is completed. Amanda Boutiques reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or pricing/availability errors. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
Article 6 — Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Article 7 — Return Costs & Refunds
The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Article 8 — Exclusions from Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used items or items returned without original packaging
- Hygiene or intimate-use products
- Items clearly marked as Final Sale or non-returnable
Article 9 — Prices
Prices shown at the time of purchase will not increase after the transaction is completed. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Article 10 — Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, for a total of approximately 4–9 business days.
Article 11 — Payment
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. Amanda Boutiques reserves the right to correct pricing or availability errors without prior notice.
Article 12 — Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to support@amandaboutiques.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
Article 13 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law.
Article 14 — Modifications
Amanda Boutiques may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
Article 15 — Product Variations
Product colors, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing batches, and supplier variation.
